Getting Around Orlando

The LYNX bus system serves the Orlando area and buses are available from the southern part of town, which is the major tourist corridor. Walt Disney World and other tourist attractions can be accessed by bus. Rates start at $1.25. Bus service on some routes is available from 4:30 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. Call 407-841-LYNX for a schedule, but few tourists find bus service attractive. A better alternative if you're in the International Drive area is the I-ride Trolley Service (www.iridetrolley.com, 407-248-9590; 866-243-7483), which runs from 8 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. A one-day pass is only $3.Some hotels also offer shuttles.
