Phoenix Weather
If you’ve ever watched the Weather Channel, you already know that Phoenix
is one of the hottest places in the United States. 100 F days stretch
from May to October with high temperatures peaking around 120 F.
However, Phoenix has what many people like to call a “dry
heat”. The low humidity doesn’t hold heat as well, making
the summers bearable. As one would expect, Phoenix doesn’t
get much rain. Most of the year rainfall is only measured in negligible
amounts. Though, there is a rainy season during the late summer
when humidity builds up. The rainy season, called monsoon season,
is defined my erratic down pours, dust, and occasional lightening.
