First of all, they do not have a sitting lobby like most hotels, their lobby is an hallway which reminds you of a hallway in your home. So of course we heard everybody talking because I room was on the same hallway in front of the refreshment area. They ran out of clean towels, so we were left with nothing for hours and was almost late to the event because we had to freshen up from walking all day. The walls were peeling. They are 3 miles from the Superdome and 1.73 miles from Canal. So please catch a cab. Our keys didn't work to get us into the hotel like around 2am, so we buzz the staff and no one was avaliable. So therefore we were stuck outside for atleast 30 mins until someone let us in. Last but least, this hotel is located in the a GAY COMMUNITY. This is the area where all the gay people, like drags queens, clubs, etc are located, which was quite funny. However the staff was nice but I advice anyone, do not stay at this HOTEL!!!!!!
