Los Angeles Culture

The Los Angeles culture is
one filled with lots of money and lots of dreams. Most people
seem to be aspiring to be famous, and have day jobs to pay
the bills until that day comes when they will see their name
in bright lights. Remember that the next time you notice how
good-looking the waiters and waitresses are.
The people of Los Angeles are a unique bunch. You |
are likely to see a famous movie star, director, screenwriter, singer…or
fill in the blanks… and many more who aspire to be the aforementioned.
 But
Los Angeles is not simply home to Hollywood’s rich and famous;
it is also home to large ethnic communities. People from all over
the world have made it their home. This is apparent when you drive
around town and see Thai town, Little Tokyo, Little Armenia, Korea
Town, Little Ethiopia, and Spanish words on billboards and store
windows. A large percentage of residents are at least part Hispanic.
Unlike many big cities, Los Angeles is a true melting pot. Look
around and you will see many people of mixed backgrounds, and many
more who speak more than one language. Angelenos are laid back people
who enjoy the sun, and like to drive fancy cars.
