I was amazed to find Cafe Bugatti is more Escoffier than Pizza Hut. My guest’s steak with “Italian style charcoal flavours” was better than he had eaten in the 3 star restaurants of northern Italy where he works. My young guest’s hot pepper and salami pizza was authentic – and one topping involved speck – the traditional northern Italian ham rarely included over here. My fab chicken pasta “a limone” with ginger and coriander Indonesia style.
