Just across the street from the beautiful Playa Delfines next to the Hilton
Hotel Golf Course, the King’s Ruins offer a great adventure
in the Hotel Zone. These ruins of a Mayan city date back to the
3rd and 2nd century BC and are home to several buildings including
a pyramid with a platform on top that was linked to astrological
practices. Visit during the day or enjoy the on-site dinner show.
This is a particularly good option if you don’t have the time
to spend a day or two visiting Mayan sites around Cancun, but you
would like to get an idea of the Mayan ruins.
