Buenos Aires Weather

Argentina has four seasons, and they run opposite of the Northern Hemisphere. So when it’s Summer up north, it’s Winter down south and vice versa. The season’s months are as follows: Summer - December to February; Fall - March to May; Winter - June to August; Spring - September to November. Winters in Buenos Aires resemble those in Los Angeles, with snow and frost being rare. Spring and fall are usually mild, while the summers are hot and humid (much like New York City). Given the range in seasons and temperatures, the best times to visit Buenos Aires are Fall and early to late Spring.
