Bermuda Railway Trail

If you are looking for a low key day on the island of Bermuda a nice bike ride through Bermuda’s railway trail is the ideal activity for you. With a year-round average temperature of 70°F (21°C), Bermuda is often ideal for bicycling. Not only is biking a great way to have fun and stay in shape, but it allows you to take a hands-on approach to your sightseeing and getting familiar with the island. Bermuda railway Trail is a great trail for beginning bikers. While biking through the hills of these areas bring a camera and take amazing pictures of the seaside cliffs, and wild life sanctuary. While on the trail, you will pass numerous ponds, and if you go west of the island you will come across the Gibb Hill Lighthouse. The view from the foot of the lighthouse is breath taking. Bring comfortable sneakers, and plenty of water, if you get lost or get tired on the trail, nearby bike shops and store owners will mark up a map for you and give you any guidance you need on your trip back to your resort. The Railway Trail consists of seven sections, each with its own character. You can decide how much of the trail you'd like to cover in 1 day, and which sections to focus on.
