Atlantic City Shopping
|
|
The Boardwalk is the best spot for Atlantic City
shopping. You will find everything from clothing, souvenirs,
jewelry, beachwear and best of all, food—purchasing some
delicious, mouth-watering salt water taffy is an Atlantic City
must do. If you have a sweet tooth, also check out the homemade
fudge and roasted peanuts at any of the specialty shops along
the Boardwalk. The smells alone will make you salivate. |
The casino shops offer more glamorous shopping. If you want to
window shop, plenty of upscale stores can catch your eye. Find fine
clothiers, plus dazzling and expensive jewelry, imported shoes and
more.
The area also has several mall and shopping centers with hundreds
of stores in one central location. Check out The Walk. It is Atlantic
City’s new outlet and discount shopping complex, with plenty
of factory outlets with big fashion names, including Nautica, Tommy
Hilfiger, Mikasa and Ralph Lauren. So if you can’t usually
afford these high-end stores, you may now be able to wear something
designer. Also, The Quarter at the Tropicana Casino and Resort features
world-class restaurants and stores such as Swaroyski, Cashe and
Monde. If you don’t prefer the typical clothes and jewelry
shops, check out Houdini’s Magic Shop, the Spy Store and Jake’s
Dog House for a unique souvenir.
